After you have felt at home at Gulf Cove UMC, you’re probably thinking about joining to make this your church.
It’s easy. We regularly host new member classes. No worries, there are no tests. The class are to make you comfortable and give you some basic knowledge of the church’s history and direction. You’ll get a chance to meet other new members as well as some long-term members. It’s a great opportunity to ask questions and get to know people on their own journey.

Our small groups cover a wide range of focusses. Our groups have a huge impact on the individuals and the world. We become stronger, we laugh more, we put those open minds into play as we learn other perspectives. Small groups allow us to meet each other where we are in our journey as we live God’s word.

Serving one another is one of the best ways to meet people, develop relationships, and grow as followers of Jesus Christ. Lives change for those who serve and for those who are being served. Using our God-given talents and giving with our presence & time makes a difference in the lives of others. We reflect that face of Jesus that we want the world to know.
Service can be as simple as being a greeter on Sunday mornings or as visual as working on a Habitat home or a weekend at a prison ministry.
